Three Key Components
in Global Roll-out

1
Data Publishing
Solution roll-out should first have the right data to be deployed to the right production environment and to become accessible by the end users. This requires bundle generation from the source system and then bundle publishing to the target system, followed by testing and verification before announcement of data availability to the end users.
2
End User Training
End User Training often requires three steps: 1. mobilization to communicate to the target end user group about the expectations and the takeaways of the training to come. 2. prepare sufficient training documents. 3. schedule and provide actual trainings.
3 steps: system maintenance
Level 1: problem collection and troubleshooting
One to three years of technical customer service execution. Upon receipt of the problem, conduct a preliminary investigation. If it is a software vendor problem, open a call to the software vendor support team. In case of other issues: business, systemic, technical, customer-specific and self-developed issues, we will categorize and divert according to technical requirements, with secondary support.
Level II: specialist diagnosis
Specialists with three to five years of experience from around the world diagnose the problem and provide solutions. If further expert confirmation is required, we turn to the third level of support.

Level III: expert diagnosis
Experts from around the world with five to ten years of relevant experience further diagnose the problem and provide solutions.
